We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support pillar for the team, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring seamless office operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide organizational and clerical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office management, supplies, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with documentation, invoice processing, and data entry for HR and Finance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Maintain records and ensure smooth internal processes
- Handle ad-hoc administrative support as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative or support role (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication in English + French
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
