What We’re Looking For:

• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have at least a B2 level of English.
• You have a strong interest in personnel management, social law, and labor law, and you’re eager to deepen your expertise.
• Ideally, you have experience with Belgian labor and social legislation for foreign employees and employers. While knowledge of all European member states is not required, familiarity with international clients is beneficial.
• A degree or experience in personnel management or payroll is ideal, but we also highly value strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Beyond payroll, your responsibilities will include advising on social legislation and HR management, as well as handling important documents such as National Social Security Office submissions and C4.
• You are organized and flexible, capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
