Your role:
- Responsible for the monthly payroll administration from A to Z in collaboration with the social secretariat: checking and preparing salaries before sending them for calculation (including checking timesheets, absences, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, etc.)
- Management of personnel files: employment contracts and amendments, work permits, illness, insurance affiliation, entry and exit, DIMONA, educational leave, time credit, holidays, tax forms, etc.
- Legal monitoring of all matters in accordance with current and new social legislation, and compliance with the law
- First point of contact for employees and business on payroll-related topics
- Drawing up contracts and addenda for employees as well as external contractors
- Taking care of the administrative management of both social documents and fringe benefits (insurance)
- Ensure a smooth onboarding for new starters (employees and contractors)
- Facilitate our leavers offboarding experience (employees and contractors)
- Contributing ideas on optimising the payroll process, salary optimisation and documenting activities
- Working closely with the Office & Fleet Manager
- Working closely with the accounting department on reconciling accounts and checking supplier invoices relating to staff (social secretariat, staff insurance, etc.)
