  • Assurer le recouvrement des créances clients dans les délais impartis
  • Gérer le suivi et le recouvrement des impayés
  • Analyser les causes des retards de paiement et proposer des actions correctives
  • Rédiger et envoyer les relances et mises en demeure aux clients par téléphone, mail, courrier
  • Gérer et répondre au question/ réclamations clients liées aux factures impayées
  • Collaborer avec les services juridiques en cas de contentieux
  • Préparation de rapports détaillés sur l'état des comptes clients et les performances de recouvrement.
  • Analyse des tendances de paiement et identification des risques de crédit.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus de recouvrement existants.
  • Effectuer des tâches liées aux comptes clients, telles que faire correspondre les paiements des clients avec leurs factures.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes pour apporter des améliorations durables au processus
  • Formation en comptabilité, finance ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience dans le recouvrement
  • Maîtrise des procédures de recouvrement et du cadre légal
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens de la négociation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale et capacité à adapter votre communication à votre interlocuteur.
  • Capacité à gérer son temps et à prioriser les tâches
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de facturation
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié
  • Forte aptitude analytique et attention aux détails
