Notre client qui est un acteur majeur dans le secteur industriel recherche d’un Responsable QHSE expérimenté pour piloter et renforcer ses systèmes de qualité, bien-être et sécurité au travail au sein de ses différentes entités.

Tâches principales :

  • Vous êtes chargé de consolider les systèmes de gestion de la qualité, du bien-être et de la sécurité, en favorisant des synergies qui optimisent l'efficacité des Conseillers en Prévention.
  • Vous assurez la supervision de l'équipe QHSE, en veillant à mettre en place une organisation structurée et performante dans les domaines de la qualité, du bien-être et de la sécurité au travail.
  • Vous définissez des stratégies claires et des plans d’action précis, tout en coordonnant les ressources nécessaires à leur mise en œuvre, conformément aux directives du Comité de l’entreprise.
  • Vous veillez à ce que chaque entité dispose de systèmes efficaces pour la gestion de la sécurité, en harmonisant les processus relatifs à la qualité, à la sécurité et au bien-être au sein de l’ensemble de l’organisation.
  • Vous insufflez une culture de sécurité en ligne avec la stratégie globale de l’entreprise, tout en identifiant les risques majeurs et en mettant en place des mesures d'amélioration continues.
  • Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance en sécurité (KPI) et présentez des rapports réguliers au Comité exécutif, tout en garantissant la conformité aux normes VCA et ISO.



Profil recherché :

  • Vous possédez un diplôme dans le domaine de l'ingénierie & d'un diplôme de conseiller en prévention niveau 1
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans dans le domaine QHSE
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau de français & néerlandais
