Onze partner is de grootste verdeler van topkwaliteit grondverzetmachines. Ze zijn dan ook een grote internationale speler met bijna 400 werknemers. Ondanks de grootte en internationale contacten heerst er nog steeds een heel familiale sfeer. Ze zoeken een geboren verkoper met een passie voor hydraulica en een stevige portie assertiviteit. Daarnaast zoeken ze iemand die niet vasthangt aan een 9-5 mentaliteit maar bereid is zich flexibel op te stellen in functie van klanten. Uiteraard staat hier de nodige vrijheid en thuiswerk tegenover. Ze vinden namelijk een goede work-life balance zeer belangrijk.


Functieomschrijving

  • Je analyseert de noden van klanten en speelt hier op in.
  • Je rolt een plan van aanpak uit voor de verkoop van de work tools.
  • Je geeft proactief advies aan klanten en bouwt een hechte band op met klanten.
  • Je bouwt de bestaande klantenportefeuille in infra, industrie, afbraakwerken, ... verder uit.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Product Managers.

Profiel

  • Je hebt affiniteit met grondverzetmachines en work tools.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in verkoop. Ervaring in work tools is een grote plus.
  • Je bent commercieel, assertief en je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
