The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content (reels, TikToks, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
This person will also handle captions, subtitles, and ensure that each piece of content is aligned with our brand and message.
Given that the role is comprehensive and focused on support, you will be required to:
- Generate creative video content ideas, including reels and TikToks, in line with our brand's tone and objectives.
- Record, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Ensure all videos are properly subtitled and accessible to a global audience.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align content strategies.
- Manage the posting schedule for video content and optimize for peak engagement times.
- Track video performance analytics and suggest improvements based on insights.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Experience in content creation, specifically video editing for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of current trends in social media, especially short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing tools like CapCut).
- Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling captions and subtitles.
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh ideas and engaging concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge of video content metrics and how to leverage them for better engagement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a big plus.
