We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Reward Expert to join our team in our "Consulting" Business Unit. You will coordinate a small team overseeing consulting projects related to Reward for our clients, delivering innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead Reward consulting projects for various clients, including salary optimization, cafeteria plans, and mobility budgets.
- Analyze clients' existing compensation and reward structures and recommend improvements to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to provide informed recommendations.
- Design and implement compensation packages tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Ensure compliance with national and/or international compensation and reward regulations
Business Skills:
- Stay actively informed of Reward trends and advise clients and colleagues on best practices.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for clients on Reward-related topics Create service proposals aligned with client expectations and estimated timeframes.
- Promote the Group S Flex Reward Plan platform (cafeteria plan).
- Review and formalize the implementation process and documentation (technical aspects, tools).
Team/Project coordination :
- Manage and mentor a small team of consultants, ensuring their professional development and the quality (technical and legal) of their deliverables / Support colleagues on their reward consulting projects and validate the technical and legal aspects of their work before client deliver.
- Organize follow-up meetings, including reporting and KPIs, to ensure the continuous improvement of the business.
What we're looking for:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Law, or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Reward/HR consulting role, with a demonstrated ability to manage consulting projects and engage with clients across various industries.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Reward practices and trends.
- Proficiency in project and process management.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian HR (socio-fiscal) legislation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
