As a Customer Success Specialist at Ideal Systems, you will have the unique opportunity to establish a brand new position within our company. You will play a critical role in our customers' success by ensuring their satisfaction and optimal use of our two key products. This is a greenfield position, which means you will have the freedom to build and shape the customer success strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective customer success strategy for our two main products.
- Assist new customers in onboarding our solutions.
- Proactively maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services and products.
- Function as the voice of the customer within Ideal Systems and ensure ongoing improvement of our products based on customer feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide training and educational sessions for customers to help them get the most out of our products.
