As a Customer Success Specialist at Ideal Systems, you will have the unique opportunity to establish a brand new position within our company. You will play a critical role in our customers' success by ensuring their satisfaction and optimal use of our two key products. This is a greenfield position, which means you will have the freedom to build and shape the customer success strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective customer success strategy for our two main products.
  • Assist new customers in onboarding our solutions.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services and products.
  • Function as the voice of the customer within Ideal Systems and ensure ongoing improvement of our products based on customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide training and educational sessions for customers to help them get the most out of our products.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading projects or teams is a plus.
