- • Address customers’ feedbacks as well as complaints professionally, responsible for meeting
- customers’ expectation.
- • Liaising with other departments and to keep up with the progress to ensure clients’ queries are
- solved in timely manner.
- • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting
- translation for customer announcement notices.
