We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support pillar for the team, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring seamless office operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide organizational and clerical support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office management, supplies, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with documentation, invoice processing, and data entry for HR and Finance
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth internal processes
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative support as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or support role (1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication in English + French
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
