About the job
We're seeking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Success Intern, you'll work directly with our international CS team, engaging with customers so they can get the most value out of our platform and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and writing skills, we welcome you to join our team!
Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like? 💪
- Advise and guide our customers throughout their whole Customer Journey.
- Participate & host customer trainings to make them discover best practices & how to get the most value from the Nodalview platform.
- Proactively identify customers that might be experiencing problems and reach out to them to help, even before they come to us!
- Handle commercial discussions (Reactivations, Upsells & downsells and even retention calls!)
- Participate in exciting projects within the team (Recording tutorials, & help us build the best Customer Experience strategy for our dear customers).
- Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more!
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
- French is your primary language (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a good command of English (most of our internal communications are in English).
- Efficiency is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone
- You can communicate well with others
- You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset allowing you to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- You take initiative and you’re a fast learner.
- You have an acquaintance with tech and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core.
- You have to do an internship of a minimum of 4 months.
- You genuinely care about helping others with empathy
- You have a valid EU work permit
- You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an internship agreement
- And above all, you are hungry for growth and are willing to learn
- Start date: December/January 2024
