How do I create my account ?

To create your Wiggli's  account, you just have to follow the registration process : register, choose the "company" account, fill in your personal information as well as those of your company.

 

 

Once all this information is filled in, you will receive an email a few seconds later to activate your account.

How to activate my account ?

 

To activate your account on Wiggli, simply follow these steps:

 

✅ You will receive an email  from noreply@wiggli.io in your inbox. The subject of the email will be "Email Address Confirmation".

 

✅ Open the email and click on the provided link to confirm your email address and activate your account.

 

✅ Once you've clicked on the link, you will be redirected to a page where you can define a new password for your account.

✅ Choose a strong password that meets the specified security requirements, and confirm it.

 

After setting your new password, you will have full access to your Wiggli account and can begin exploring and using the platform's features.

How to search candidates in my talent pool ?

To search for candidates in your talent pool  Wiggli, follow the steps below :

 

 

✅ To start, log in to your Wiggli account and go to the "Search candidate" section.

 

Then, use  the "Search bar" to enter keywords related to the qualifications you are looking for in a candidate. 

 

✅ To obtain more filtered results, you can click on the "Filter bar" and define clear search criteria such as skills, experience, location, and more.

You can then click on each candidate's profile to view their resume, work history, skills, and other relevant information.

Can I edit a vacancy that has already been posted?

Of course, you can always edit any information about a vacancy that has already been published on your Wiggli account.

 

✅ To edit the information of a vacancy, simply log into your Wiggli account and access the "Vacancies" section. You will then view all the vacancies you have posted.

 

✅ Once you have found the vacancy you want to edit, click on it to access your kanban. At the top right of the page, you will see a "More Actions" button. Click on it, then select "Edit".

 

 

✅ You will then have access to all the information related to the vacancy that you can edit, such as the title, description, required skills, location, salary, etc.

 

✅ Once you have made the desired changes, simply click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to have all the changes saved. Then click on the publish button and choose the free/paid channels on which you want to publish your vacancy.

Can I add all my offices to the platform ?

Of course, you can add all your sites to your Wiggli’s account.

 

To do so:

✅ Log in to your Wiggli account.

✅ Click on the "Profile" icon in the top right corner of the screen.

✅ Choose "My Company" from the dropdown menu.

 

 

✅ Click on "Add Site" and enter the necessary information for your second site (Name, logo, VAT number, address...)

How do I assign roles to my team?

Wiggli provides a collaborative tool that enables you to assign roles and responsibilities to each team member and monitor their progress towards achieving their objectives on the platform.
 
 
To assign roles to your team, follow these three simple steps:
 

Navigate to the settings section, then select "Users and departments" and create a user by providing their information.

✅ Start by opening the candidate's profile. Within the profile, you'll notice a private section labeled "Internal Data."

✅ Click on the "Edit" button within this section to add any relevant information about the candidate, such as alternative resumes, additional contact information, or salary preferences.

 

✅ After adding the information, you can choose which details should be visible in the candidate's profile overview by selecting "Set as Primary."

 

✅ Additionally, you can assign tags to the candidate's profile in the "Tags" section located at the bottom of the page to search and locate relevant candidates in the future using your own unique structure and values to assign tags that are meaningful to your team.
