Voor een klasse 7 aannemer zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste Account Manager Industriebouw voor de regio's Antwerpen & Limburg. Een échte familiale organisatie, klinkt misschien cliché, maar het is echt zo. Niet alleen staan ze garant voor jouw welzijn, maar zetten ze ook stevig in op kwaliteit & klanttevredenheid. Dit kan je rechtstreeks waarnemen aan hun omzet van vorig jaar, die maar liefst op 100 miljoen euro zat. Dit was enkel en alleen mogelijk door hun inzet en kwaliteitgedreven projecten. Dé Account Manager Industriebouw!

  • Als vertegenwoordiger van de organisatie is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om hun bestaand netwerk verder uit te bouwen. Je past hierbij de principes van business development toe.
  • Jouw doelgroep bestaat uit architecten maar vooral ook projectontwikkelaars en belangrijke spelers in de vastgoedsector. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan investeerdeers.
  • Vanaf de investeringsfase ben jij al op de hoogte. Je zorgt er dan ook voor dat onze partner de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt om de aannemer te worden van dit bouwproject.
  • Je houdt rekening met de criteria van de klant. Hierbij ben je een echte adviseur voor zowel het ontwerp als de uitvoeringsfase.
  • Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen. Je kan rekenen op een sterk team van 10 calculatoren die jou bijstaan in de verdere uitvoering van het concept.
  • Vanaf het potentiële project is binnengehaald, dan draag je dit verder over aan de projectmanager voor een verdere afhandeling.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director, hij is jouw rechtstreekse leidinggevende.

Maar wie ben jij?

  • Tijdens jouw studies heb je een bachelor in bouwkunde of andere relevante richting behaald.
  • Door jouw ervaring in de sector heb je uiteraard ook al een netwerk opgebouwd in de vastgoedwereld, daarnaast ook met ontwikkelaars, architecten, ...
  • Actieve prospectie schrikt jouw niet af. Je houdt van een uitdaging.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, met jouw technisch denkvermogen help je jouw klanten op de meest efficiënte en optimale manier.
  • Je woont ook bij voorkeur in jouw regio (Antwerpen of Limburg)
  • Daarnaast hou je vooral van leuke en ambitieuze uitdagingen. Complexe projecten juist afronden geeft jou energie!
  • En uiteraard heb je ook een grote portie goesting en ambitie om er volledig voor te gaan!
