About the job
Nous recherchons pour notre client un Facility manager qui sera en charge de la gestion technique et la maintenance de bâtiments de bureaux.
Ainsi, vous êtes responsable du suivi opérationnel, technique, administratif et de la relation avec le client.
Missions :
- Suivi de l'exécution de la maintenance technique ;
- Appel d'offres ;
- Planification ;
- Suivi avec les sous-traitants ;
- Respect des normes en matière de sécurité et d'environnement ;
- Etablissement des demandes de prix ;
- Choix et sélection des entrepreneurs et des fournisseurs ;
- Gestion des budgets de maintenance.
Profil :
- Formation technique ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Maitrise courante du français et de l'anglais ;
- Une expérience précédante dans un poste similaire ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ;
- Capacités de coordination et d'organisation.
