The Opportunity:

Position: Finance Director - Investor Relations Company: Leading Bank in the UAE Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Director - Investor Relations at our esteemed client, you will have the exceptional opportunity to:

Lead Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing investors, shareholders, and analysts, and actively engage in strategic communication to attract new investments.
Financial Strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping the bank's financial strategy by providing valuable insights to the executive team based on market trends and investor sentiment.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance metrics, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for management.
Communication: Drive the preparation and communication of financial results, investor presentations, and annual reports, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with financial regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the bank adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to maintain a cohesive investor relations strategy.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA/CFA is a strong plus.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with a keen understanding of capital markets and investor relations best practices.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
Global Perspective: A deep understanding of the global financial landscape and its impact on investor relations.
Relationship Building: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
