En tant qu'Ingénieur en Automation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de systèmes d'automatisation dans différents secteur (notamment l'industrie lourde). Vous serez responsable de la conception, de la programmation, de la mise en service et du support technique des systèmes d'automatisation, en veillant à ce qu'ils répondent aux normes de qualité, de sécurité et de performance.


Responsabilités:

  • Concevoir et développer des systèmes d'automatisation pour améliorer l'efficacité, la productivité et la sécurité des opérations dans l'industrie lourde.
  • Programmer et configurer des automates programmables, des systèmes SCADA et d'autres équipements d'automatisation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes pour intégrer les systèmes d'automatisation dans les processus de production existants.
  • Effectuer des tests de validation et de qualification pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes d'automatisation.
  • Fournir une assistance technique et un support aux équipes opérationnelles pour résoudre les problèmes liés à l'automatisation.
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus et à réduire les coûts.
  • Assurer la documentation appropriée des systèmes d'automatisation, y compris les spécifications techniques, les manuels d'utilisation et les rapports de validation.
  • Effectuer des déplacements à l'étranger selon les besoins du projet, représentant environ 25% du temps de travail.


Profil:

  • Diplôme en Automatisation, en Electromécanique ou équivalent ;
  • Bon niveau d'anglais ou de néerlandais ;
  • Expérience pratique dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de systèmes d'automatisation dans un secteur semblant à l'industrie lourde ;
  • Maîtrise de Tia Portal ET des systèmes Siemens S7 .
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication ;
  • Flexibilité pour voyager à l'étranger selon les exigences du poste. (+/- 25%).
