Voor een bedrijf dat actief is in zowel de tertiaire sector als in de grotere residentiële projecten, ben ik voor mijn klant op zoek naar een gedreven senior projectleider om hun team te versterken.


Sterke punten van het bedrijf:

  • Het is een bedrijf dat in volle groei is waarin jij mee kan bijdragen aan deze groei en zelf promotie maken om afdelingen te gaan managen.
  • Alle projecten bevinden zich in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen waardoor je altijd dicht bij huis aan het werk bent.
  • Door de vlakke structuur heerst er een open communicatie met korte communicatielijnen waardoor beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden.



Takenpakket

Als Senior projectleider zal je vanaf offerteaanvraag ingezet worden op het project. Als de offerte is goedgekeurd zal je instaan voor het uittekenen van de projecten. Vanaf de projecten in uitvoering gaan zal je hierover de leiding nemen waarbij je zal ondersteund worden door de werfleider.


Belangrijkste taken:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het binnenhalen en succesvol afronden van elektrotechnische projecten op basis van correcte en concurrerende offertes.
  • Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volledige coordinatie van offerte tot en met oplevering
  • Nauw samenwerken met de werfleider en electriciens.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met architecten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en bouwheren om de voortgang van projecten te waarborgen.



Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in bezit van een Bachelor of Master in Electrotechniek/Electromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt al ervaring op gedaan binnen de technische wereld specifiek voor elektrotechnische installaties.
  • Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en veiligheid.
