Voor een fabrikant in residentiële & commerciële isolatiematerialen zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Technische Business Development Manager voor de Benelux. Voor hun divisie glaswool insulation zoeken zij versterking binnen hun verkoopsteam.

Hierbij wat extra info omtrent jouw takenpakket:

  • Jouw focus ligt op het verder uitbouwen van jouw specifiek marktsegment. Business development of prospectie schrikken jou dus niet af.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de productgroep glaswol en dan nog meer specifiek op de tak blaaswol isolatie.
  • De verkoop gaat via de installateur. Daarnaast breng je ook de juiste aannemers op de hoogte van dit product zodat ook zij via de installateur orders gaan binnenbrengen.
  • De focus ligt eerst en vooral op de Vlaamse regio. Daarna wordt er uitgebreid richting Wallonië & Luxemburg en vervolgens ga je verantwoordelijk zijn voor jouw verkoop binnen de gehele Benelux.
  • Als buitendienst mag je zelf jouw agenda bepalen. Daarbij komend word je 2 keer per maand op kantoor verwacht in samenspraak met jouw leidinggevende.
  • De doelgroep binnen de bouwmarkt is de residentiële sector, maar verder is er ook een focus op de houtskeletbouw.
  • Na een inwerkperiode ben je een echte expert over het product & service. Je bent dus in staat om trainingen en opleidingen te geven aan installateurs.

Maar wie ben jij?

  • Ondertussen heb je al een eerste ervaring opgebouwd als verkoper binnen de bouwwereld. Hierbij heb je al minstens 3 jaar als buitendienst gewerkt.
  • Je bent 2 talig in Nederlands & Frans.
  • Je bent woonachtig in Vlaanderen.
  • Met jouw ervaring in de bouwwereld en/of studie's die je hebt afgerond, heb je een aanzienlijk technisch inzicht.
  • Door jouw nieuwsgierigheid blijf je up-to-date van innovaties en trends die zich ontwikkelen in de bouw.
  • Als sales ben je een geboren netwerker.
  • Transparantie en duidelijke communicatie is de benchmark.
