• Provide front line support to our customers via live chats, phones & emails promptly.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and
promotions in accuracy.
• Address customers’ feedbacks as well as complaints professionally, responsible for meeting
customers’ expectation.
• Liaising with other departments and to keep up with the progress to ensure clients’ queries are
solved in timely manner.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting
translation for customer announcement notices.
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
