Job Responsibilities:
- Active participation on operational matters of personal effects shipments
- Visit and survey client's personal effects packing/moving requirements from time to time on demand
- Attend and supervise from time to time all operations of packing and removals by sub-contractors.
- Attend clients located in UAE, GCC and other areas that relates to company's business jurisdiction.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
- Answers customers’ questions.
- Identifies customer service trends and determines system improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in Japense and English
- Fluency in English Business Communication and coordination skills
- Holder of a valid driving licence for light motor vehicles ( important to have this eligibility )
- Basic knowledge of Transport Business will be an added advantage
