About the job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Active participation on operational matters of personal effects shipments
  • Visit and survey client's personal effects packing/moving requirements from time to time on demand
  • Attend and supervise from time to time all operations of packing and removals by sub-contractors.
  • Attend clients located in UAE, GCC and other areas that relates to company's business jurisdiction.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
  • Answers customers’ questions.
  • Identifies customer service trends and determines system improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japense and English
  • Fluency in English Business Communication and coordination skills
  • Holder of a valid driving licence for light motor vehicles ( important to have this eligibility )
  • Basic knowledge of Transport Business will be an added advantage
