Purpose of the role:
Working closely with and assist Marketing Director on all tasks that is related to the sales activities, to promote the services of the Hospital.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop sales plans and strategies for new business prospects
- Working to increase revenue and KPI's as set by the director of Marketing & Business Development Director
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objective
- Prepare sales materials, presentations and demonstrations for key accounts and prospective customers
- Demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing emerging issues and opportunities
- Execute research strategies designed to identify appropriate target prospects
- Develop and maintain outstanding industry knowledge, understand healthcare trends, enhance skills and abilities
- Develop and share best practices with team, collaborate with other sales team, build and contribute to a positive work environment and culture
- Coach and mentor Inside sales team on lead generation.
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing & Business Development Director
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in administration / marketing
- Mature and teamwork
- Multi-task working
- Hard working and willing to handle challenging tasks.
- Negotiation skill
- Microsoft office fluency (Word, Excel, PPT)
