Combining sensors that have unprecedented performance and accuracy with a growing cloud-based marketplace & App Store carrying various applications including feed, grain, and milk analysis.
The NeoSpectra handheld solutions deliver instant material sensing to the industries that need it such as agriculture, food, life sciences, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve forecasted sales goals for the region by selling directly and effective management and monitoring of sales funnel and distributors.

  • Meet and exceed customer requirements including overall communication, responsiveness, cost awareness and scheduling sensitivities

  • Maintain and continue to develop an outstanding knowledge of our products and their applications

  • Support and motivate the distributors and external sales reps to optimize achievement of our sales goals via their efforts

  • Coordinate sales activities

  • Provide forecasts, weekly reports, marketing intelligence and information to supervisor and other company personnel as the need arises

  • Utilize HubSpot daily by updating and adding notes, customer information, etc

  • Available to travel overnight approximately 50% of time

  • Report sales data optimally through CRM and other tools
    Experience / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or related field.

  • Experience in sales

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • Experience in agriculture, diary and farm business

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
