Our team is on the hunt for a customer-oriented professional with solid communication skills and analytical capabilities to join as a Customer Success Manager and own a portfolio of EMEA customers.
As a Customer Success Manager at Urbantz, you will proactively partner with customers to increase platform engagement and drive sustainable delivery. You will join a rapidly growing team that is set to manage our growing customer base.
You will
- Own an international portfolio of customers
- Proactively identify, monitor and analyze customer needs to ensure maximum value delivery by Urbantz's platform
- Work with companies of varying sizes, from well-known multinationals to SME's
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your customers
- Provide solution trainings, workshops and demos to both new and existing customers
- Promote new feature adoption and ensure renewals
- Own strategic Customer Success projects that drive our scale-up
- Collaborate with other functions and bring your customer and product expertise
- Be involved in implementation projects
- Validate new product features
You are
- A professional with at least several years of experience in a customer-facing function in a B2B environment (e.g., customer success, account management, sales, business development, customer support)
- Fully fluent in English, both speaking and writing, and native level of German
- Possess solid technological orientation; a background in IT or SaaS can be an advantage
- A holder of Master/Bachelor degree
- A proactive person with a strong commercial acumen and solid analytical skills
- Great at building and managing business relations
- An excellent communicator and listener; You are able to speak to stakeholders at different levels – from warehouse managers to CEOs
- Naturally curious and willing to invest time to learn about technology and business
- A logistics background can be an advantage
