Urbantz is scaling its marketing efforts to enhance its leadership role in the EMEA region. Our marketing team is on the hunt for a highly motivated, passionate, and well-organized Events and Social Media Manager.

What will you do:

  • Develop a community of industry experts, prospects, and partners from retail, logistics, and e-commerce industries. Enhance our image as a thought leader in the last mile delivery industry by organizing various ONLINE and OFFLINE (when COVID restrictions allow) events and establishing a Social Media community by attracting and engaging our ideal customer profile.
  • You will organize webinars, and later, manage our participation in trade shows, coordinate production of marketing collaterals, videos, or other communication resources, handle negotiations with partners, manage contractors.
  • You will play a critical role in shaping the Urbantz' brand.

In particular, you will:

  • Research, discover, and engage influencers and opinion leaders in existing retail, logistics, and e-commerce communities to promote our brand.
  • Plan and organize Webinar Programs, with the conduction of at least 12 webinars per year.
  • Plan and organize Urbantz’ participation in industry-related online or offline events, such as online fairs, trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Build the vision for our ICP-focused Community and begin by building an MVP that attracts and engages this audience, and facilitates interaction between members.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing team to create exclusive content for this community.
  • Develop our strategy on where to play and how to win social media. Especially Linkedin and Youtube, non-excluding other social networks.
  • Own the themes for each channel and the ideation and calendar surrounding it, both owning publishing as well as tracking of all social content
  • Craft and execute a plan to best leverage our executive team and other influential persons within the company to create personalized influencer campaigns and promote Urbantz on social media
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to create engaging and high-quality content.
  • Amplify our content by joining key employee-facing platforms and groups (Slack, LinkedIn, etc) and encourage sharing on these channels
  • Manage Urbantz’ online ratings, by controlling and reacting to reviews across various channels, including Capterra, G2, Google and Glassdoor.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks
    Key skills & required experience for this role:
  • Experience in organizing and conducting webinars
  • 3+ years of experience working in social media and/or community management, and/or event management
  • You’ve worked on a marketing or brand team previously
  • Demonstrable experience growing a social media following
  • Understanding of modern social media B2B trends
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience building, launching or managing communities in the past is a big advantage
  • Experience in video content production is also a big advantage
  • Experience in working with online review platforms like Capterra or G2 is an advantage
  • You’re a reliable person, who doesn’t require constant guidance and is able to combine autonomy with teamwork.
