Your journey at Urbantz
We are looking for a highly motivated, excellent communicator and organized Software Product Trainer with a strong interest in technologies to help us scale our product and company.
As a Software Product Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and giving training sessions to the Urbantz new team members during their onboarding and for providing continuous learning sessions to all staff members. You will have an in-depth understanding of URBANTZ’s functionality, features, best practices, and being able to articulate these to staff to help them get the most out of Urbantz.
You will:
- Define and develop high-quality training in English to transfer knowledge.
- Provide internal product training both in our HQ office in Brussels and remotely.
- Guarantee a smooth onboarding of all Urbantz new employees, including using asynchronous communication.
- Measure training success and re-evaluate knowledge demands.
- Develop standardized training tools that can be used to achieve training by other members of the Urbantz team.
- Create the Urbantz Academy from scratch.
- Help develop digital content that can be used for training in mass.
- Own the administration and management of assigned classes (registration, logistics, attendance, setup, assessments, office hours, etc.).
- Update and add training modules as new features are made available on Urbantz.
- Maintain the learning environment so that it is professional, clean, and up-to-date, ready for our staff to be trained.
About you
- 3+ years in a similar product training role.
- Experience in designing new training concepts, developing supporting materials for B2B SaaS product (video, tutorials, documentation).
- Experience in holding in-house training and delivering group training on a technology product both over the web and in-person.
- Passion for working with leading-edge, web-based technologies and a desire to understand Urbantz benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements.
- Curiosity about Educational Technology for delivering knowledge at scale.
- Strong communication for different stakeholders, such as sales representatives, engineers, product specialists, customer success managers.
- A high degree of initiative.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
