Associate – Pension Law

Within a leading Belgian law firm renowned for employment and social law, this full-time role as an Associate in the Brussels office focuses on providing expert counsel in pension law matters. You will become part of a collaborative team serving both national and international clients on areas such as occupational pensions, group insurance, sectoral pension funds, and post-transfer harmonization.

• Advise clients on all aspects of pension law and contribute to solutions for complex regulatory, contractual, and litigation issues.
• Draft contracts and provide legal documentation related to occupational pensions and employee benefit schemes.
• Support experienced partners and collaborate with colleagues on high-impact matters and critical files.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and monitor developments in employment, social, and pension law.

• Interact in Dutch as a primary working language

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Law (Belgian)
• A strong interest in pension law and/or employment and social law
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch; good command of French and English is an asset
• You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and work well in a team
• You are open to working from other firm offices in Belgium when relevant
