We are actively looking for an experienced Business functional analyst to join our partner in the Financial services industry. The company is a subsidiary of a prestigious player in the Financial industry with a start-up mindset. You will play a significant role in being the main interface between the Business and IT department in every stage of the change management process.

Your responsibilities :

.You will gather the business requirements and identify impacts on the existing processes

.In collaboration with the IT team and the different stakeholders, you will participate actively in the definition of the solution through your analysis

.You will participate in the elaboration of business cases

.You will translate the business needs into functional requirements and specifications

.You will create and execute test cases to validate deliveries and help the business key users for the acceptance tests.

.You will write the requirement documentation before the GO LIVE (business process, functional specifications, user stories, data related documentation, etc…)

Your profile:

.You have at least minimum 3 year of experience

.You have a good experience in business analysis and functional analysis

.You have a good experience in Excel

.You have already in IT projects related to ERP, CRM

.You are someone proactive and an initiative taker

.You speak fluently English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and French
