Role Overview: As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle, from concept development to production in a global engineering environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring that quality, product margin, and project timelines are met at every stage.

• Lead the mechanical design process, developing innovative concepts for both new and existing products to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Drive engineering projects from initial brainstorming through prototyping, testing, verification, production tooling, and implementation, maintaining detailed technical documentation throughout.
• Apply multidisciplinary knowledge including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electrics, FEA, and process engineering to tackle complex challenges.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities to ensure product compliance with quality standards while tracking and improving production processes.
• Engage in technical problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and modeling, actively participating in team brainstorms and idea-generating sessions.
• Interface seamlessly with suppliers and internal/external customers around the globe to enable efficient transfer of designs through production, manage tooling, and oversee spare parts strategies.
