Digital, Marketing, Innovation – Consultant Financial Services (min. 1 year of experience)
Square Management Belgium is looking for experienced consultants (min. 1 year) with relevant experience and a keen interest in marketing, innovation, and digital transformation within the financial sector (banking and insurance).

What Will Be Your Role in Digital & Marketing?
• Establish and support an innovation-driven corporate culture.
• Simplify customer journeys and create client-centric services.
• Generate value through customer insights and analytics.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support innovation adoption.
• Define tailor-made digital strategies and innovative banking business models.
• Internally, you will contribute to expert content production (articles, publications, podcasts, etc.), participate in RFP responses, and support initiatives within your professional community.
Are You the Right Fit for This Role?
• You hold a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, project environment, or financial services (banking/insurance).
• You are a native French or Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
• You have expertise in digital strategy, CRM, customer experience, prospect/client journeys, omnichannel excellence, innovation, data, and content management.
• Experience as a project manager, business/functional analyst, or process analyst is a strong advantage.
• You are customer-oriented and understand stakeholders' needs and expectations.
• You are results-driven, possess strong analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• You are proactive, engaged, and adaptable to new situations.
