As IT Product Lead, this includes ensuring service quality and security compliance for existing applications.

Your mission :

• You will be responsible for organizing the team's backlog, including:
• Bug fixes, upgrades, security patches, performance and resilience improvements, production monitoring, and incident resolution.

• Managing the effects of external initiatives or requests affecting the team's products.

• Lead and oversee a team of approximately 15 members, including internal staff, contractors, and offshore partners.
• Continuously raise the team's maturity level to ensure efficient product (applications and services) maintenance.
• Coordinate with various experts contributing to initiatives, such as:
• • Epic/IT project managers
  • Architects
  • Security specialists
• Maintain a broad and effective network to foster collaboration with other teams and remove operational roadblocks.

Your profile :

• You have more than 5 years' experience in the insurance sector
• You have experience as People Manager
• You have a background in Java and Angular
• You speak French and English
