As IT Project Manager in the insurance sector for a client in Brussels.
Your missions :
- Project Structuring: Actively organize and structure projects related to the organization's IT applications.
- Project Framing: Define project scope with key stakeholders, identify solutions, develop implementation plans, and allocate the necessary resources and budgets, maintaining a high-level perspective.
- Project Coordination: Organize and oversee project activities based on priorities, team competencies, and client needs.
- Team Support: Advise and support project team members to build an efficient and high-performing project team.
- Simultaneous Project Management: Handle multiple IT projects simultaneously (small and medium scale).
- Project Monitoring: Maintain an overview of the projects, report on progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, highlight challenges, record decisions, and outline actions to be taken. Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Your profile :
- You have minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management
- You have an experience in the insurance sector
- You speak French, Dutch and English
- You have professional proficiency in Agile methodology
