Location: Ghent Area (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)

Role Summary:

As a Data Analyst specializing in deposit banking, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your analysis will help optimize deposit products, enhancing customer experience and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Conduct financial modeling and create projections to guide product strategy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
