For our client, an international law firm, we are looking for a Senior Associate - Corporate / M&A.

Missions:

• Provide tailored corporate advice and innovative solutions to major entities;
• Drafting corporate documents and supervising files and transactions;
• Negotiating with counterparts and leading calls;
• Contributing to department know-how and developing precedent documents;
• ....

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Law from an European University.
• Qualified member of the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or you have attended the CCDL.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a reputable law firm.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English. German would be an asset.
