Mission Principale :

En tant que membre essentiel de l'équipe de construction des services extérieurs de l'entreprise, le directeur principal de la construction est le principal représentant de l'entreprise sur le site (coût total installé > 1 milliard de dollars) et rend compte directement au directeur de la construction. Le directeur principal de la construction assure un leadership décisif et une supervision managériale de toutes les activités de construction sur un site de projet important, en dirigeant une équipe diversifiée comprenant la supervision de la construction, le HSSE, l'ingénierie de terrain, le personnel chargé de la qualité et les sous-traitants. Le directeur principal de la construction veille au strict respect des politiques, procédures, systèmes et exigences du projet, tout en maintenant une communication solide avec les parties prenantes, de la supervision aux représentants du client.

  • Suivi du calendrier du projet
  • Réunions d'avancement
  • Transfert et clôture
  • Ingénierie de terrain

  • Supervision des achats

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou de bachelor dans une discipline d'ingénierie (de préférence en mécanique).
  • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie lourde (type oil&gas, chimie, pétrochimie...).
  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience à des postes de management sur le terrain.
  • Une expérience diversifiée dans des projets de construction industrielle d'envergure est essentielle.
  • La maîtrise du français est importante pour ce poste et l'anglais reste la langue de communication entre les intervenants.
