Notre partenaire est une multinationale spécialisée dans la construction (bâtiment résidentiel, tertiaire et industriels). Actuellement en pleine expansion sur le continent Africain.


Missions principales: 

  • Établir une politique générale de gestion (développement commercial, marketing, gestion financière…)
  • Élaboration des budgets et P&L
  • Superviser la préparation des réponses aux appels d’offres
  • Superviser la bonne gestion des budgets
  • Savoir cibler les bons investissements pour améliorer la productivité
  • Représenter l’entreprise où et quand c'est nécessaire
  • Superviser le suivi et le contrôle de toutes les activités de l'entreprise.
  • Renforcer la position de l’entreprise sur le marché
  • Étudier l’environnement concurrentiel
  • Reporting au siège sur les états des investissements et des avancements

Profile recherché:

  • Ingénieur généraliste (ou diplômé bac+5 en BTP)
  • Si possible une formation complémentaire (Type : Master en Management)
  • À partir de 15 ans minimum d’expérience en management dans le secteur des BTP
  • Au moins 5 ans à un poste similaire
  • L’anglais est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
  • Être prêt à aller travailler en Afrique de l'Ouest
