Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion complète des projets routiers, de la planification à l'exécution en passant par la gestion contractuelle et financière, tout en assurant le développement et l'encadrement des équipes.


Responsabilités :

  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique pour la gestion des projets.
  • Gestion globale des projets routiers, de la planification à l'exécution.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion contractuelle pour assurer le respect des engagements contractuels.
  • Pilotage de l'exécution des travaux routiers, en assurant la qualité et le respect des délais.
  • Gestion rigoureuse des dépenses et des recettes liées aux projets.
  • Encadrement et développement des ressources humaines, en veillant à la formation et au bien-être des équipes.

Profil Recherché :

  • Diplôme BAC+5 en Gestion de Projets, Qualité, Environnement, Hygiène et Sécurité.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de la construction routière.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets, gestion contractuelle et leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Fortes compétences en communication et en gestion des relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes.
  • Maîtrise du français,
