Pour le compte d'une multinationale spécialisée dans la construction et la gestion de sites de traitement des eaux, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur d'Exploitation pour le Maroc.

Position : Se rapporte directement au Directeur Général ; Supervise les directeurs d’usine et les chefs de station sur le territoire nationale


Responsabilités :

  • Superviser et coordonner l’ensemble des opérations de production et de processus sur plusieurs sites ;
  • Organiser, contrôler et animer le travail des équipes ainsi que les moyens nécessaires pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’exploitation ;
  • Assurer la gestion du personnel et veiller à l’application des procédures et réglementations en vigueur ;
  • Maintenir le matériel et les outils en bon état et proposer les investissements nécessaires au développement du site ;
  • Assurer l’interface avec les clients ;
  • Être responsable des investissements, de la productivité, de la performance économique, de la sécurité du personnel et de l'environnement sur le périmètre du site.

Exigences du Poste:

  • Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur d'une grande école spécialisée en génie industriel ;
  • Expérience : Au moins 15 ans dans la gestion et l’exploitation des installations industrielles, de préférence dans le traitement de l’eau ou des domaines industriels similaires ;
  • Expérience en gestion pluridisciplinaire et multisite.

  • Leadership et compétences managériales avérées ;
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles ;
  • Dynamisme, réactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives ;
  • Fiabilité exceptionnelle et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome.


Localisation : Casablanca, Maroc (disponibilité pour des déplacements sur les sites).

Date de début : Dès que possible.
