Voor een belgisch familiebedrijf dat internationaal aanwezig is ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren project manager met ervaring in allerlei verschillende soorten projecten.


Dit bedrijf zoekt iemand die als geen ander weet hoe de prioriteiten te stellen in het projectenportfolio en die een overzicht kan bewaren over deze projecten. Spreekt dit je aan? Lees dan zeker even verder!


Je verantwoordelijkheden


  • Beheren van de volledige levenscyclus van IT-projecten, vanaf de planning tot de implementatie en evaluatie.
  • Identificeren en begrijpen van de operationele vereisten van de business collega’s, en de vertaling ervan naar technische specificaties door onze functionele analisten.
  • Opstellen en beheren van projectplannen, inclusief het vaststellen van mijlpalen, resources en benodigde tijd.
  • Coördineren van de inzet van interne en externe teams om projectdoelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Risico's identificeren en effectieve oplossingen voorstellen om projectvertragingen te voorkomen.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van projecten aan het senior management en andere belanghebbenden.
  • Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige documentatie van alle project gerelateerde activiteiten.






Wie ben jij?


  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor in een richting gerelateerd aan informatica.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met ERP implemenaties, ervaring hiermee in een productieomgeving is een grote plus!
  • Je hebt ervaringen met change management in IT projecten en begeleidt graag je collega's in de overgang naar nieuwe sytemen!
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in Frans, Engels en Nederlands en bent de vertaalslag tussen de IT en operationele behoeften! Je hebt diepgaande kennis van projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën, certificeringen zoals PMP of Prince2 zijn zeker een pluspunt!
