Je komt terecht in een installatiebedrijf dat deel uitmaakt van een groep. Dit gedeelte van de groep is verantwoordelijk voor de installatie van technische installaties voor zowel de industriële als de professionele markt.



Functieomschrijving:

Als gedreven Project Manager HVAC , ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen uw projecten vanaf de conceptuele fase tot de oplevering. Je speelt een sleutelrol op technisch, commercieel, contractueel, en financieel gebied, dit alles voor diverse installaties in zowel de industrie als utiliteit.


Uw dagelijkse taken:

  • Projectbeheer: Leid HVAC-projecten van concept tot oplevering binnen tijd en budget.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Stuur een multidisciplinair team aan voor optimale samenwerking.
  • Klantrelaties: Onderhoud sterke klantrelaties en maximaliseer klanttevredenheid.
  • Budgetbeheer: Bewaak projectbudgetten en neem proactief actie bij afwijkingen.
  • Kwaliteitsborging: Zorg voor naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.


Jouw profiel:

  • Je bezit minimaal een Bachelor-diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in HVAC-technologie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Project Manager in HVAC-projecten, met een minimum van 5 jaar.
  • Je bent zeer communicatief en kan de leiding nemen. Daarnaast ben je iemand dat organisatorisch is en probleemoplossend denkt.
