Vos missions principales :

  • Vous effectuez un support à distance (niveaux L1, L2 et L3) avec possibilité de field par la suite
  • Vous investiguez lorsqu’un problème (récurrent) se présente et êtes capable de proposer une solution long terme si nécessaire
  • Vous dimensionnez et proposez à l’équipe commerciale les renouvellements/nouveautés nécessaires pour nos clients
  • Vous installez/migrez à distance les nouvelles solutions choisies par nos clients
  • Vous assistez l’équipe Field sur le terrain lorsque le projet concerne vos domaines de compétences
  • Vous créez/gardez à jour la documentation de nos clients à la suite de vos interventions
  • Vous maintenez une veille technologique

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) en informatique et/ou avez minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Ingénieur Systèmes
  • Vous avez un minimum d’expérience pre-sales pour comprendre le besoin d’un client et vous êtes capable d’identifier les meilleures solutions
  • Vous maîtrisez l’installation de nouveaux systèmes et la migration de systèmes existants vers les solutions choisies par nos clients
  • Vous êtes familier(ère) avec la plupart des technologies suivantes :Windows Server 2012 and later / AD, Azure AD / Microsoft 365 (Installation/configuration/Intune/…) / Exchange 2013 and later (with DAG) / Linux servers basics / Vmware vSphere vCenter / Storage NAS + SAN (DELL EMC – HP MSA) / HCI (HP Simplivity – VXRail) / Backup solutions (Veeam, Asigra, Nakivo) / Advanced Switching (Aruba – Netgear – Cisco) / Wireless solutions (Aruba – Ubiquiti) / Radius management / Routing / Firewalling (Sophos, Fortigate, Meraki) / VoIP basics / Cybersécurité
  • Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et vous êtes très à l’aise en anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout.
