Het takenpakket en de verantwoordelijkheden zijn zeer divers en hebben zowel betrekking op mensen als op processen:

  • Je stuurt een team van een 20-tal personen aan en volgt hen van nabij op. Je bent een coach in hart en nieren en een voorbeeld voor andere medewerkers in het magazijn. Je bouwt sterke en langdurige relaties op met je team door regelmatig contact te leggen, een teamgeest te creëren en hen aan te moedigen op hun best te zijn. Je helpt hen groeien door middel van beoordelingen en evaluaties en indien nodig voer je ook moeilijke gesprekken met heb. 
  • Jouw taak is om samen met je team te zorgen dat de orders "op tijd en volledig" worden uitgevoerd. Er is dagelijks een basisplanning qua volume dat moet gehaald worden. Bij wijzigingen dien je ad hoc beslissingen te nemen om tegemoet te komen aan de gewijzigde planning. Je steekt dan ook zonder problemen zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • In jouw functie sta je in nauw contact met o.a. andere Teamcoaches, Site Manager, onderhoud en HR.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel en je streeft de hoogste klantentevredenheid na.
  • Je creëert een cultuur van continue verbetering. Je herkent fouten in de data en zoekt corrigerende maatregelen en oplossingen. Je observeert trends om te begrijpen hoe je kunt verbeteren.
  • Tot slot volg je procedures volgens de geldende GDP-regels. Je rapporteert aan de Teamlead.
  • Je hebt een georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en hands-on manier van werken mét aandacht voor veiligheid en correctheid.
  • Je kan jouw analytisch redeneervermogen en planningsvaardigheden uitspelen in deze rol.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt probleemoplossend. Kunnen zaken beter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen.  
  • Je brengt een aantal jaren ervaring in people management met je mee.  
  • Uitdagingen halen het beste in jou naar boven.  
  • Je bent ?exibel en past je makkelijk aan aan wisselende omstandigheden.  
  • Je kan werken met het MS Office pakket, kan snel inzichten verwerven in computerprogramma’s.
