About the job
Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf, op de markt van chemische en bouwkundige producten, ben ik actief op zoek naar 2 topprofielen.
Het ene profiel gaat zich specialiseren in alles omtrent waterdichting, structureel herstel, koolstofcomposieten en kunstharsvloeren.
Het andere profiel gaat zich specialiseren in het vervaardigen en plaatsen van kunststoffolies bij bouwprojecten.
Na een technische en praktische opleiding van meerdere maanden word je eindverantwoordelijke van de bovenstaande tak.
Bestaande projecten volg je op en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van commerciële activiteiten op de Belgische markt.
Je maakt prijzen op en volgt de projecten samen met de werlfeiders op.
Met oog op nieuwe marktopportuniteiten, adviseer je klanten en relaties inzake innovatieve technieken en maatwerkoplossingen.
Verder houd je u nog bezig met offertestelling, contractonderhandeling, calculatie en werkvoorbereiding t.e.m planning, uitvoering en oplevering.
- Master Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
- 3-5 jaar ervaring als projectleider.
- Zelfstandige werkhouding, communicatief en zin voor organisatie.
- Je beschikt over de kwaliteiten en ambitie om op hoog niveau actief bij te dragen tot strategische marktontwikkeling.
- Nederlandse taal met een goede kennis van het Frans.
