About the job
Corporate Sustainability & Policy Development:
- Regulatory Engagement & Implementation: Lead involvement in EU sustainability regulations, such as CSRD and CS3D, ensuring smooth implementation and active participation in ongoing legislative revisions.
- Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with policymakers, regulatory bodies, and industry representatives to promote sustainability policies adapted to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Performance Assessment & Reporting: Work with stakeholders to evaluate industry sustainability reporting, advocate for updates to EU Taxonomy criteria, and contribute to sector-specific reporting standards in line with EU and international regulations.
Legal Affairs & Policy Support:
- Intellectual Property & Digital Regulation: Provide support on legal matters related to IP and digital health regulations, including engagement in specialized working groups.
- Ethics & Compliance Coordination: Assist with ethics and compliance initiatives, supporting committee activities, follow-ups, and project coordination.
- Master’s degree in law.
- Experience or strong interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional EU languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of EU institutions and policymaking processes.
- Good analytical judgment and coordination skills.
