About the job
Locatie: Vlaanderen (verschillende werven)
Contract: Freelance of consultancy - lange termijn opdracht
Context
Voor de versterking van een team actief in infrastructuurprojecten binnen hoog- en laagspanning zijn we op zoek naar een QHSE Consultant. Het gaat om projecten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen, met focus op de bouw, uitbreiding en het onderhoud van elektriciteitsnetwerken.
Takenpakket
Als QHSE Consultant ben je het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van veiligheid op de werf. Je werkt nauw samen met projectteams en neemt onder andere volgende taken op jou:
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en meewerken aan veiligheidsplannen
- Werfteams begeleiden en sensibiliseren rond QHSE-regels en procedures
- Incidenten opvolgen en de nodige acties implementeren
- Toezicht houden op de toepassing van veiligheidsnormen (VCA, ISO 45001...)
- Deelname aan interne en externe audits
- De QHSE-rol vertegenwoordigen in overleg met projectleiders en klanten
Profiel
- Ingenieur (bij voorkeur burgerlijk, elektriciteit of elektromechanica)
- Gecertificeerd Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2 (CP1/2)
- Ervaring met technische projecten in risicovolle omgevingen, bij voorkeur in infrastructuur
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (werktaal); Frans of Engels is een plus
- Zeer mobiel: je bent bereid om dagelijks te reizen naar verschillende werven in Vlaanderen
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden, assertief, zelfstandig en proactief
