Data Consultant (Analyst & Project Manager) – Financial Services (min. 1 year of experience)

Square Management Belgium is looking for experienced consultants (min. 1 year) with significant experience and interest in the data field within the financial sector (banking and insurance).

What do we expect from you in our Data expertise area?

• Identify and prioritize critical data assets.
• Develop and maintain procedures and policies for data planning, monitoring, and control.
• Make data-driven decisions through analysis, visualizations, quality checks, and datasets.
• Structure and leverage client data to enhance and strengthen their business.
• Formulate recommendations and conclusions.
• Internally, you will be involved in producing expert content (articles, publications, podcasts, etc.), as well as participating in RFP responses and initiatives within your community.

Are you the ideal candidate for this position?

• You hold a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, project environment, or financial services (banking/insurance).
• You are a native French or Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
• You have knowledge and skills in data analysis and data management.
• Experience as a project manager, Business/Functional Analyst, or Process Analyst is a major asset.
• You are client-oriented and understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• You are rigorous in achieving your goals and possess strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
• You are proactive, engaged, and quickly adapt to new situations.
