We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Care & Logistics Intern, you'll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and empathy, we welcome you to join our team!
Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like? 💪
- Advise and guide our customers through the use of Nodalview by replying to our customers' multiple requests. You'll have the opportunity to handle product-related issues, commercial requests, financial questions,...
- Transfer customer feedbacks to the product team to add improvements and new feature requests to our solution that would delight our customers even more!
- Arrange the shipping of our customers' orders and follow up on material warranties
- Collaborate with the sales team to answer shipping inquiries and drive solutions
- Monitor material stocks by making sure we will always be able to deliver our hardware to our customers.
- Participate in building the Nodalview customer experience strategy.
- Immerse yourself in the core of a SaaS company and communicate with every department.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor level and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
- French is your primary language (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a good command of English (most of our internal communications are in English).
- Efficiency is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone
- You can communicate well with others
- You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset allowing you to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- You take initiative and you’re a fast learner.
- You have an acquaintance with tech and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core.
- You have to do an internship of a minimum of 4 months.
- You genuinely care about helping others with empathy
- You have a valid EU work permit
- You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an internship agreement
- And above all, you are hungry for growth and are willing to learn
- Start date: December/January 2024
