Position: .NET Developer – Banking Sector, Brussels Region

Role Overview:

As a .NET Developer in the banking sector located in the Brussels region, you will support the development and maintenance of critical backend applications. This position offers the chance to work as part of an experienced ICT team, assisting in the delivery of robust and secure solutions tailored for banking operations.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, coding, and implementation of backend functionalities using ASP.NET and C#.
• Collaborate with team members to analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of existing software to meet evolving business needs and compliance standards.
• Work alongside other developers and IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and follow best practices in software engineering.
• Document development processes and backend modules in line with internal standards.
• Ensure all solutions meet prescribed security and performance benchmarks relevant to banking systems.

Required Technical Skills:

• ASP.NET: Proficient in developing and maintaining backend services within the .NET framework.
• C#: Strong grounding in C# for building scalable and reliable banking applications.
