What do we expect from you as a 180° recruiter/TAO at Gentis?
Linked to the internal recruitment team you will be:
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to the signing of the employment contract
- Ensuring a successful candidate experience
- Being the privileged point of contact for various managers
- Managing and reporting on your activity and ensuring compliance with the procedures and tools used within the group
- Developing a talent pool to anticipate future needs
- Participating in recruitment events: forums, job fairs, school activities, meet-ups, cooptation challenges, events with our partners...
- Conducting research on new recruitment methods and tools and participating in continuous improvement project
- Participating in HR projects and/or projects related to our employer brand.
And you, in all of this?
- You have ideally at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, in a consulting firm.
- You enjoy working in a team (with your operational contacts, salespeople and the recruitment team).
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
